We will hold a space of compassion for you and aim to provide the key scientific ingredients to support you and others to grow. We also seek to empower individuals, families and communities by providing well-researched and scientific practices of both Positive Psychology and Neuroscience. We believe that these frameworks together offer the best evidence-based wellbeing outcomes.
It is through combining our experience that we have observed optimal positive changes in the people we have worked alongside. We have done, and will continue to do, the research for you while we learn and grow alongside you, as we understand that learning is a life journey.

Positive Psychology is a relatively new facet of Psychology that shifts the focus from what is wrong to the promotion of wellbeing and the foundation of a life filled with meaning, engagement, positive relationships, accomplishment and pleasure.
Positive Psychology is not about putting a happy face on all the time; we understand that life can be hard and challenges are inevitable. However, over the past 20 years scientific research has shown that there are strategies and skills that allow people to navigate through life more effectively and positively despite facing challenges.
Seligman and Csikszentmihalyi (1998) are considered the founders of Positive Psychology and argue that Psychology should not just be about the negative aspects of behaviour or just the healing or reparation profession but about creating a positive wellbeing culture, about hope, personal growth and flourishing.
With this approach people are able to learn strategies and attitudes to flourish. Thanks to our coaching and resources for optimal psychological functioning, our clients can thrive, not just mentally survive.
As Positive Psychology is the scientific study of what makes life worth living, we will leave you with a question to ask yourself now: “What is going right for me?”

Neuropsychotherapy is an integrative approach to coaching and wellbeing that considers the dynamic interplay between the mind, body, social interaction and the environment, and the impact of this interplay on a person’s wellbeing, with a focus on neuroscientific research. It is believed that a holistic therapeutic practice can be formulated by understanding the mechanisms of our biology (and, in particular, our neurology), the processes of our psychology and the influences of social interaction.
Neuropsychotherapy aims to change the brain, but it does not directly target primarily the brain. Instead, it focuses on the life experiences encountered by the person. The brain specialises in processing life experiences. These experiences hold meaning for the needs that are embedded within the brain structures of every human being. Neuropsychotherapy strives to shift the brain into a state that enables these basic needs to be fully satisfied. We will convey this research to you in bite-sized training and individual coaching in a manner that will enable you to thrive.
Neuropsychotherapy is an exciting science, not least because of the recognition that significant changes occur for clients in terms of neural firing and neural structure as a result of learning and talking with skilled coaches. All our online workshops have skills-based, practical applications and focus on utilising neurobiological information to enhance change within the brain.
We utilise the language from Neuroscience (study of the brain) to assist those wanting to achieve change or to be challenged by applying strategies to shift cortical blood flow away from unhelpful neural looping (being constantly worried or depressed, etc.). This is not psychological treatment.
Neuroscience teaches us how we can achieve change by practising certain skills, growing new pathways in the brain, and understanding our most prehistoric parts of the brain (the evolutionary parts critical to our survival) and the interconnection between the brain and the body.
So, the aim of our work is to provide practical applications of these two approaches so that people can become their best selves and flourish. You can see why we like the work we do as it offers hope and possibility – the brain is a muscle and when we flex certain parts more regularly we can strengthen them.
