Co-Founder of Core of Wellbeing

Diploma in Positive Psychology & Wellbeing

Crystal-lee has always had a propensity towards health and wellness, and says that growing up in the beautiful South West gave her the grounding to start a business in this area. Studying Positive Psychology gave her the language and aligned her lived experiences with a science that supports individuals like her to flourish. She was involved firsthand in helping others grow while working as a PA in a busy Psychology Practice, and this inspired her to pursue further studies.

She is now completing a degree in Psychology to complement her management expertise and skills. She believes that coaching and mentoring others using a strengths-based approach brings out the best in them.
